The hdtv widescreen tv is actually a standard type of TV for many companies such as Sony and Panasonic. Actually many of these TVs are all hdtv widescreen tv for no apparent reason except that they are just made that way. For many people, it does not really bother than at all and these people do not give much care or value in a widescreen TV. Many people actually do not even think of or ask about any widescreen TV.
In the grand scheme of things, the widescreen TV does not make much of a difference to the viewer or the producer. The picture looks the same except maybe there might be a space proportional problem when trying to put this hdtv widescreen tv in one’s living room, great room, or TV space. However, problems with hdtv widescreen tv are few and far from actually even being considered a problem for a person to ponder or worry over. Hdtv widescreen tv sets are one of the most popular especially because many released movies are now formatted on widescreen. While the difference is never seen whether the movie is formatted to fit hdtv widescreen tv sets it certainly does make a small, miniscule difference in the end. Many people will try and argue the small point that these TVs are better or worse than their counterparts, the few screen TV. Yet to the average consumer, the hdtv widescreen tv looks exactly like a regular TV yet its width is longer than that of a normal TV. Many people also like the hdtv widescreen better because it can fit open space a lot better in a living room than full screen TV. The fact of the matter is that many openings made for the very point of putting a TV were made for full screen TVs yet the people who made the opening needed to make the width longer. Hdtv widescreen tv sets will fit the width a lot better. Also, people that hang their hdtv widescreen tv sets on the wall will like these TVs much more because it will cover much more wall space and look more like a picture or nice work of art. For the electronics guru any TV or electronic device will look like a work of art or a nice match for a any living room but for everyone else the TV needs to match otherwise it will look out of place and style.
The hdtv widescreen tv idea came from that of the Imax Theatre experience where a person goes to a theatre and watches a movie in a widescreen format. The initial design was intended to mimic the Imax theatre system in a way because many people enjoyed and went to the Imax especially for this reason. However the other advantages of Imax were never taken into account for the hdtv widescreen tv because the sound system and superior dimensions can never be mimicked on a mass produced home theatre device.
